Rules and etiquette in the Eyes Down Bingo chat rooms

We hope that our online bingo chat rooms at Eyes Down Bingo are a place where all members feel comfortable and welcome when they are enjoying our bingo games. We ask all our bingo players to follow the rules below to help ensure fairness and help us to continue the best bingo chat within our online bingo community:

• The golden rule in our online bingo chat rooms is “do unto others and you would them do unto you” – the rule of reciprocity.
• Welcome new players to the bingo chat rooms, remember, you were a new player once. Help new players where possible especially if the chat host appears busy.
• Avoid complaining. Whilst we all suffer unlucky streaks we also have the occasional run of good luck. Be happy for the player who is on the winning streak because your turn will come.
• Any complaints should be made via the help desk. This avoids confrontation and allows the chat host in the room to continue with running the chat games and awarding bonus money. If you have submitted a help ticket that has yet to be answered please ensure you have allowed adequate time for a response to be sent.
• At Eyes Down Bingo we want friendly chat rooms so no arguing or bickering is allowed at any time.
• We will not tolerate foul language, offensive remarks, racist comments, sexual or religious slurs or any indecent chat.
• We request that players refrain from gossiping about other members of Eyes Down Bingo, think how you would feel if it were you being gossiped about.
• Do not, at any time, impersonate another person whilst in the bingo chat rooms
• We do not allow children (anyone under the age of 18) into our bingo chat rooms and should a minor gain access to a players account then the player will be held responsible for their actions.
• Do not request bingo funds from other players in a bingo chat room. Eyes Down Bingo strictly forbids this and it is known to make other players uncomfortable. Please refrain from discussing your account balances in the bingo chat rooms. This rule is put in place to maintain a pleasant environment for all our bingo players.
• The advertising of other online bingo sites or other sites in general in our chat rooms will not be tolerated. Players have chosen to play at Eyes Down Bingo and any advertising will result in the loss of chat privileges.
• Slander of Eyes Down Bingo, its staff or players is not acceptable on any level.
• Capital letters are restricted to use by the chat host only. This ensures that all players can easily identify the chat host from other players.
• Should their not be a chat host on duty and you see any of the above rules being violated then please copy and paste the offending chat into an email to support@eyesdownbingo.com. Any emails received of this nature will be treated with the utmost privacy and senders will remain anonymous.
• Respect the authority of the chat host on duty. Their aim is to make the chat room and pleasant and fun place to be.

Should any of the above rules be broken then this can result in the suspension of chat room privileges, a warning and/or suspension of your Eyes Down Bingo account.
