Prize Claims

All prize claims are instantly credited to the winners account and available for withdrawal should the player have met the requirements set out above.

If there is a discrepancy between a player and the Eyes Down Bingo database then the Eyes Down Bingo game server result shall always be considered valid. Should a game not finish properly or be recorded correctly on the Eyes Down Bingo server then all players involved shall receive a refund for tickets or funds played in that game.
