Guidelines for use of the Help facility
We have provided a Help Desk facility here at Eyes Down Bingo and we aim to respond to all queries within 12 hours of receipt. Please avoid raising multiple tickets for the same query, this will not be tolerated.
Misuse of the help facility is not acceptable and should not be used to harass or abuse support staff.
If your query is not answered to your satisfaction then a subsequent ticket should be raised with the subject “Care of Management”. However we do ask that you give the help staff ample opportunity to resolve any query you may have before resorting to this tact.
We ask that all help tickets adhere to the same rules set out above for the etiquette required in our bingo chat rooms.
