Disputes

Our aim at Eyes Down Bingo is to ensure that all our players are offered an entertaining, honest and reliable bingo site. Every effort is made to ensure that all our players at Eyes Down Bingo are 100% satisfied with the fairness and quality of all the games offered at our online bingo site. Should a dispute arise between a player and Eyes Down Bingo then we will work diligently to ensure that the dispute is resolved impartially and promptly to the satisfaction of the player and the site.

Should a dispute arise then please note that whilst we work to find a mutually acceptable solution between player and our site the decision made by Eyes Down Bingo will be final.

The relationship between the Parties as well as this Agreement are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Government of Malta.
